Donna Slack

Mrs. Slack, age 59, of Charlotte, died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at her home. Born June 2, 1954 in Charlotte, she was a daughter of David Henry and the late Nancy Henry Kirchner. Mrs. Slack was a Levine Senior Center Volunteer.

A casual visitation will be held 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM tonight at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Slack is survived by her husband of 33 years, Doug; two sons, Micah Kess and Jake Slack; two granddaughters, McKenzie and Brooklynn; twin sister, Deb Collins; brother, Brady White; and two nephews, Scott and Brad.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Levine Senior Center, 1050 Devore Lane, Matthews, NC 28105.
