Donalene loved watching sports. Her favorite teams included the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Braves and the NC Tarheels. She enjoyed seeing Steph Curry everytime he played. Donalene also loved to watch Judge Judy, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and The Voice.
She loved to dance. Her favorite music to dance to was anything by Elvis Presley. She could not resist getting up and dancing whenever one of his songs came on.
Every Saturday Donalene would go to the beauty shop to have her hair done, and every Sunday she would attend Faith Baptist Church. She loved to witness and let everyone she came in contact with know that she was a child of God. She would share her beliefs of the Lord and Savior Jesus by connecting with people in person and even on Facebook.
Donalene would send cards for every occasion. Birthdays, Get Well, Sympathy, even just a card to brighten someone's day. More than anything, Donalene loved to laugh and make others laugh. She never met a stranger, could light up a room when she entered, and when she left everyone would be touched by that sweet woman.
