David Lee Hurley died on November 7, 2017, in Charlotte, NC, at the age of 51.
David is survived by his mother and step-father, Judy and Jerry Collins of Charlotte, NC. He is preceded in death by his father, Lee O. Hurley. He is also survived by his second family, Joanna Williams, her children and grandchildren of Bishopville, SC.
