Claudette Robinson Taylor, 68, of Mint Hill, North Carolina, passed away December 23, 2019. She was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from Independence High School. She was married to Robert L. Taylor on March 15, 1969.
Claudette received her associates degree in Childhood Education and worked in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System for 30 years as an assistant teacher, attendance officer, and administrative assistant before retiring. She was a member of Mint Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father William Claude "Robbie" Robinson, her mother Edna McCrary, her daughter Leslie Taylor, and her son Brian Taylor. She is survived by her husband Robert Taylor, her son Rob Taylor, daughter-in-law Kendall Taylor, grandchildren Alex and Anna Taylor, and daughter-in-law Melodie Taylor.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Mint Hill Baptist Church at 7835 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227. Visitation will begin at 11 am and the service will start at noon. Interment will be at Charlotte Memorial Gardens following the service.
