Carolyn in survived by her husband, Donald Ray Chappell; children James Taylor Bell, Jr. (Liz Lewis) Tammy Tokarz, Kelly (Keith) Swann; siblings Oren Bartlett Parker, Jr., Rose Marie Griffin of Kingwood, Tx., Robert Parker of Ocean Isle Beach, NC.; grandchildren Chris Bell, Cameron Bell, Cevin Bell, Taylor Alley, Ellie Velez, Karen Doyle, James Swann (Lyzette Mucciolo), Chelsea Swann, Alex Swann, Krista Swann, Justin McMurray, Kayla McMurray; 14 great grandchildren.
