Carl N. Parker

Carl N. Parker, 76, of Charlotte, NC passed away November 24, 2014. He was born in Akron, OH on February 27, 1938 to the late Carl E. and Mildred T. Parker.

Carl attended Akron University. He was a chemist and an account manager for 41 years with General Tire Company in Akron, OH. He was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Charlotte.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandsons, Carl Judson Parker and and Timothy Andrew Parker.

Carl is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, June Parker; his children Carl Bradley Parker, Jeffrey David Parker, Beth Ann Morris, and Julie Parker Adams; and step-son Sam Hightower; his granddaughters Ashley Morris and Paige Kirkpatrick, and grandsons, Jonathan Morris and David Parker.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Wesley United Methodist Church 3715 Rea Rd. Charlotte, NC 28226. The family will receive friends following the service. Interment private.
