Mrs. Brown was born February 14, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late William Henry Bennett and Marie Harriet Hale Bennett. She is survived by her husband, Alexander Brown; and by her son, Terry, of Charlotte.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 in the Chapel of Little Flower Assisted Living. Private entombment will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens in Charlotte.
