Barbara Ann Piri

She was born on May 13, 1945 in New York, New York. Her parents were George Choge and Betty (Eisner) Choge. Barbara grew up in the Bronx, NY. She graduated from Aquinas High School and attended Kings County Nursing School where she graduated as a licensed Registered Nurse.

In High School, Barbara met Francis (Frank) Piri while in the Civil Air Patrol. They were married a year before she graduated nursing school. When Barbara married Frank he was in the Air Force. As a young couple, they were able to experience the world. Barbara and Frank lived and traveled to several countries in Asia and many states in the United States. Barbara enjoyed traveling and being a part of different cultures.

Barbara and Frank had one child, a daughter, Suzanne and two grandchildren, Tyler Aken and Kailey Aken. Barbara was a giving person. She loved her family and always put them first.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Piri.

A private interment will be held in Arlington National Cemetery.
