She is survived by two sons; Ernest N (Eddy) Edwards and Michael Edwards; a daughter Pat Edwards; two grandchildren Dale Edwards (Tina) and Rowena Smith; two great grandsons Gavin and Joshua.
Audrey, otherwise known as “Tze”, loved children and everyone she came in contact with. She had a multitude of family members and friends. She will be loved and missed by all.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Ernest Norman Edwards.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Sharon Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross, 2401 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28203.
