Tony Youngblood, 54 of Charlotte, NC, passed away October 5, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, MD and Jean Youngblood of Milledgeville, GA. He was a graduate of Baldwin High School, Milledgeville, GA. Tony was employed by Phoenix Metals, Charlotte, NC and retired after 22 years. Tony is survived by his wife of 27 years, Shelley; one son, Taylor Youngblood (Molly McClure); daughters, Kristin Harris (Ben) of Metter, GA, and Kelly Bray (Rodney) of Vidalia, GA. Grandchildren are Kinzley Harris, Brannen Harris and Brittany Bray. He had one brother, Mike Youngblood of Milledgeville, GA. He is also survived by an honorary son, Matt McClure (Cassi Cipolla). In addition, Tony loved his four-legged companion, Lucy. Tony loved his family and friends. He was an avid Nascar fan and had a great sense of humor, and could always make you laugh. The family would especially like to thank Cheryl Stolz, RN for her many years of care and friendship. Memorials can be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte or The Alpha-1 Foundation.
