Anthony Tony Maldonado

A native of New York, NY, Tony was born to the late Jesus Maldonado and Ramona Goitia Maldonado on August 23, 1952. He was known for being a friendly neighbor who touched the lives of everyone he met. Tony fought to the very end for the life he loved and had a great sense of humor. He was a loving husband and enjoyed listening to music and playing his guitar. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his sister, Crucita Noone and by brothers, Julio and Juan Maldonado.

Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Maldonado and by his siblings, Faustino Maldonado, Jose Manuel Maldonado, Hector Manuel Maldonado, Hector Goitia, Angel Maldonado, Dean Maldonado, Margarita Maldonado and Aida Berrios.

A memorial service will be held 7:00p.m., Monday, October 1 in the chapel at McEwen Funeral Service, Derita Chapel, 6300 Mallard Creek Rd., Charlotte. The family will receive friends 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday evening at the funeral home.
