Anthony Vincent Fiscella, age 76, formerly of Port Chester, New York, and a beloved resident of Midland, North Carolina, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025. He lived a life full of passion, strength, and love. Born on January 20, 1949, Anthony grew up with a strong sense of confidence and bravery that defined his life and inspired those around him.
A proud graduate of Port Chester High School, Anthony’s adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life led him to embrace his many passions. He made a career in the IT industry working primarily with TIAA-CREF and Truist Bank. A motorcycle enthusiast, he found joy in the open road, where he could experience the thrill of freedom and discovery. He enjoyed keeping active at the gym, mastering the art of cooking Italian food and baking delicious treats, and creating cherished memories at the beach with his family. Above all, spending time with his grandchildren brought him unparalleled joy.
He was a man who never met a stranger, his approachable and warm nature leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He will be remembered most for his love of family, his unwavering dedication to sports, and his remarkable ability to bring people together with his charm and authenticity.
Anthony's legacy is one of strength, resilience, and a deep, abiding love for those he held dear. He leaves behind treasured memories and a profound impact on his family and friends who will forever celebrate the extraordinary man he was.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Karriker Fiscella; children, Cindy Aiken (Steven) and Chris Fiscella (Meagan); step daughter, Ashlyn Kornblatt (Ryan); grandchildren, Camden, Jackson, Hayden, and Grayson Aiken; mother and father in law, Carolyn and Jim Sims; brothers, Joseph Fiscella, Christopher Fiscella (Marge), and Vincent Fiscella (Janean); several nieces and nephews, and best friends Keith and Kathy Jankusky. He was preceded in death by his parents; Primo Fiscella and Lucy Mollica Olsen of Port Chester, New York.
A visitation for Anthony will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anthony's honor to Tunnels to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
