Tim graduated from Falls Church High School in 1983, where he was an enthusiastic member of their marching and symphonic band program. Tim moved with his Dept. of Justice position to Chapin, SC in 2004.
Tim started his career as a chef and worked for the Marriott Corporation where he opened kitchens in new hotels and worked in their Banquet Service until he transitioned into the IT industry. Doing computer support, Tim worked for the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and most recently the SC DMV on their Compliance team. Tim and Robyn moved to Lexington, SC in 2019.
Tim always loved music; being a devotee of 80s music and particularly RUSH, Chicago, and Queen. Since moving to SC he had discovered an appreciation for singing and enjoyed participating in his church choir and local chorale. He never lost his love for Marching Band and regularly attended DCI and local high school competitions. He and Robyn also loved to travel and particularly loved cruising, Mexico and any new adventure.
Tim also never lost his love for cooking for his friends and often provided leadership in cooking for large groups at his church and Thanksgiving community services.
Tim is survived by his wife, Robyn; daughter, Sarah, and brother, Mike Casey (Terry). He has two other brothers, Raymond and Thomas.
Tim will be remembered by family and friends for his big friendly personality, sunny smile and always being willing to help out when needed. No one took better care of people than Tim.
