She is survived by her parents, Roger and Kay (Edgerton) Horton; grandmother, Betsy Edgerton; grandfather, Donald Horton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Jack Edgerton; paternal grandmother, Kay Lamon; and cousin, Conner Ellis. She is surely in their loving arms right now, which brings us all peace.
She was a cherished daughter and granddaughter, a loving mother and wife, a creative artist and a beautiful soul. She will be missed dearly by all of us who loved her, and especially her new little family that had just begun their next chapter together. We will never forget our precious Rachel or be the same again.
We choose to celebrate her life and the gift that she was to us on this Earth and know that we will reunite in Heaven together for eternity. We love you Rachel, forever and always. We lean on each other during this time to absorb this tremendous loss.
