Harold W Dugan Jr.

IRMO – A memorial service for Harold W. Dugan, Jr., 69, will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.

Mr. Dugan was born June 4, 1947 in Washington, DC and passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016. He was the son of the late Harold W. Dugan, Sr. and Mary Irene Howell Dugan. Mr. Dugan was employed as a Management Analyst for the U.S. Federal Government.

Mr. Dugan is survived by his wife, Gloria J. Dugan; daughters, Jamie Souther (Justin) and Heather Haislip (T.J.); sons, William Dugan (Michele) and Christopher Dugan (Rebecca); sisters, Deborah “Debbie” Dugan, Mary Jo Ashwell and twelve grandchildren.
