Jordan was beautiful, strong, creative and independent. Jordan loved her twin brother, her mother, and all animals, especially her dog, Martini (aka Penny). Jordan enjoyed growing and tending to her plants. She loved music, especially Beyoncé. She loved creating, designing and applying her own tattoos.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen; brother, Logan of Chapin; grandmother, Ellen van Halem; aunts and uncles, Donna (Glenn) McCarthy of Toms River, NJ, Brian (Christine) van Halem of Burlington, NC, Wayne van Halem of Atlanta and Theresa of NC. She also had many cousins and great-cousins.
She is predeceased by her Opa, Cornelis van Halem; and her uncle, John van Halem.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel, 123 Columbia Avenue, Chapin, SC 29036.
