Bill demonstrated such a huge tender heart when I worked on projects with him that he masterminded so perfectly at San Tan Park. He had a legendary unique way of expressing his personal appreciation that left deep endearing imprints of joy in my spirit, leaving me full of gratitude that I got to be in his presence occasionally. I learned a lot from his steady efforts of perfecting the projects I enjoyed helping with, alongside Joan.  I adore Joan and believe she has been a perfect blessing to him for so long.  All of you are in my heart and spirit eternally, may Bill's legendary goodness and generosity live on through all of us.

It is with great sadness that we heard of Bills passing. Having known Bill personaly and professionaly for well over 20 years we feel blessed. He was a generous and kind man and it has been our pleasure to have served Bill and his family over the years. Our prayers to the family.

We are very sorry to hear of Bill's passing.  I worked with Bill at Kiewit.  We both started at Hanford #2 at about the same time, and worked together a few more times over the next eighteen years.  Susan and I always enjoyed seeing Bill & Joan at District meetings after Bill retired.  He was a great leader in our work and a very dedicated father and husband.  I have many great memories of our work together, especially how Bill communicated with everyone with such encouragement to bring out their best.  We will keep Joan and their sons in our thoughts and prayers.

Our hearts & thoughts are with you during this very sad time. As cousins in different states, we haven't had many chances through the years to "see" each other, but, with Aunt Jean Perry Rhines - my Mom, at the helm, we've always felt connected as she's busily relayed our stories back and forth. 
Can't begin to say what a blessing it was to have the 2009 Perry Reunion here on the Oregon Coast (our peak business season & we got to go!). We were so happy to be able to reconnect with Bill, hear his loving stories about all of you, how satisfied he was with his life in Arizona and see him with his wonderful tribe of brothers and sisters as we exchanged many happy hugs. 
We will always treasure the stories and our memories of Bill - especially knowing as he passed through this life, that he  was well loved by his family and friends.

Gordon and I want to give our condolences to the Perry Family.  We have known Bill for many years, and have enjoyed working with he and Joan on several projects in the San Tan Foothills area.  Bill was a generous inidvidual who was willing to give of his time and money to the community he lived in.  He made a difference in many people's lives because of his generoisity. We will miss him greatly.

He is my Dad.  Growing up was tough, now I realize why he was so tough.  I am thankful for that  He still is my Dad and I am proud of him.
He worked alot, and with that he regretted not being there for us as much as he wished.  I don't see it that way.  He was there every weekend to do yardwork, and sunday to play on the boat.  He never missed a football game on friday night.  He got teary during graduations.  
Anything family he loved.  We would go golfing and he would sware like no other, Joey and I would sit back and laugh.  He loved it.  
He is my Dad, William Joseph Perry Jr., and I will continue my life the same way I did before...to make him proud of his sons.

My sincere condolences, Bill was the Project Manager on my first job with Kiewit at the Airport Terminal in Phoenix. His special leadership and mentoring help me and so many others build successful careers with Kiewit. He was a great man and a great builder of men. We will miss him and our hearts and prayers are with the family. Thank you Bill for setting such a good example for so many.

It was with great sorrow that I learned about Bill's passing and my heart is heavy for his family. He was such a truly great person and I just loved his smile and his laugh and his generosity toward everyone in his life. He will be missed by everyone who knew him and I personally will treasure the moments I spent knowing this great bear of a man. I am sending my thoughts and prayers out to Joan and the family and she needs to know we all will miss this truly fine man. 
I am so proud to have called him a friend. Thanks Bill for all the hugs at True Value when I worked there too and thanks for everything you did to assist the Pride in the Nathan Martens Arizona Memorial also. Thank you William Perry for being you.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Bill’s passing. What started many years ago as a business relationship to assist the young children in our community quickly became a warm friendship.  His generosity allowed several children and families the opportunity to partake in activities and programs that fulfilled their lives with unforgettable social interactions.   It was a privilege to have known Bill, and I will never forget his thoughtfulness and kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

I was saddened to hear of my old friend Bill's passing.  We grew up together and Bill was like my big brother.  He hung out at my house a lot and had many a Sunday dinner with us.  I'm sitting here thinking and remembering all the photos of us and all the wonderful times we shared as young people and again as we grew older.  My favorite picture being the one of Bill, Joan, Joey & Chris with my mom at the park at our 10 year reunion.  Bill was such a special guy and I know he will be greatly missed by his family whom he loved so much.

My condolences to the family of Bill Perry.  The last time I saw Bill was around the end of 1965.  Bill and I went to play football at Western Montana State College in Dillion Montana.  I lasted one quarter and I don't know how long Bill stayed.  He was a great High School friend to many of us at Mead High School.  My thoughts are with him and his family.
