William A. Blanchard passed away on July 4, 2011 in Chandler, Arizona. Bill was born on June 23, 1928 to Albert Jordan and Verda Whitfield Blanchard in Columbus, Georgia. Bill is survived by his son's Lance and Kirk Blanchard, daughter Karen Wentz and brother Albert J. Blanchard. Bill was happily married to Lois Logue for 4 years. Bill is preceded by his wife of 56 years Flora E. Blanchard. Bill was a loving father, spouse and gracious friend to many. He was also a past Master of two Masonic Lodges, Teacher, Business Owner and Member of the Scottish Rite. His absence is felt by the lives he has touched.
A quaint Celebration of Life will be arranged at a later date, location in the San Francisco Bay area to be determined.
