Susan Archibald of Chandler, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Susan was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 27, 1948. As a teenager, she loved sneaking out to the theater, which began her love for the theater, movies and arts. Susan attended Long Island University and met the love of her life the Fall after graduation. David and Susan were married in New York City on June 27, 1971. They later moved to Arizona, where they settled in Mesa to raise their family. Susan taught for many years in the Laveen School District teaching second graders. She had a passion for travel, visiting over 30 countries, and a love for the ocean collecting seashells along the way. She enjoyed shopping, old films and artistic events. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Archibald, her two daughters Julie and Lisa, and many loving loyal friends.
