Norman A. Ronsiek was the son of Fred and Emma (Hauschild) Ronsiek. He was raised in Hawarden, Iowa and graduated from Ireton High School in 1943. During World War II, Norman enlisted in the Army Air Force August 14, 1944 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. He was in the Mariana Islands and in the Philippines, the rank of a Sergeant. On February 13, 1949, he married Colleen Luschen at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Craig, Iowa. In 1960 they moved to Arizona and lived in Chandler and Gilbert. Survivors include his wife for almost 64 years; a daughter, Mary Cody of Yorba Linda, CA; and two grandsons, Grant Cody and Tyler Cody. In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by his son, Mark Ronsiek.
