Oh Mark, my Dear, Dear, friend Mark, and your entire family! I love you so much! From 7th grade on, I have the fondest memories of you, and the utmost respect for you, for you were a real man. A man of all men, in how you acted, how you represented, how you put it all out there, and how you only took it back if and when it was right to do so. Those  who knew you and your family, or were in any way associated with you, are truly a bit more savvy to life. We could all learn a few lessons on how you lived your life. Your absence from us at this time and the loss we feel, can only be swallowed up in the Love of Lord Jesus Christ, for His name is synonymous with that word, and all words of Light and Truth. No one loved his family more  or lived life with more gusto than Mark. Being lifelong  Cincinnati Reds fans was our connection and I will never forget when he joined myself and Mitch in Cincinnati  July 1990 and met Pete Rose at a golf tournament purely by accident. And yes the Reds did win the World Series that fall. GOD BLESS  !

Dear Linda and Family,
Wish I could lift up some of the burden and the pain all of you must be feeling. As a mom and a wife I couldn't begin to imagine what today and each day after will be like with this type of loss.  Mark and you have an exceptional family that you both created together. He will be seen by all in their smiles, humanity, faith & love of family. What an extraordinary life he lived with you by his side for all these yrs. He leaves you in good hands till you meet again.

I am so very sorry about Mark.  Our families have known each other for a very long time.  These past few days we have been talking about ALL the beautiful memories with Mark.  Elias and Mark had such a bond that was just amazing.  What a true blessing.

I was a classmate of Mark's. We spent 3 years together at Westwood High School getting to know each other and becoming very good friends!
The times we spent the most time together was during football practice.  Mark was one of the most competitive people I new but never to the point of causing hard feelings.  I was a starter on the offense and Mark was a starter  on defense,  however; I was Mark's back up if he ever got tired or hurt. Every game I would hope that mark would get tired so I could play some defensive.  To the best of my recollection,  I never was able to play not even one play because Mark was always prepared and properly conditioned and would never quit!
To Lynda and the Children,  I want you to know that there really is a loving Father in Heaven and his Son and our Saviour Jesus the Christ  who died that we might live.  Lynda and Children,  I also promise you that you will see your Husband and Father again and that he is in  a place where he is not just wasting time but ever learning more about our Heavenly Father and our Brother Jesus Christ.  I would recommend that all of you continue to seek a close relationship with our Saviour.  He knows you personally and only wants the best for you.
Know that I loved Mark and will miss him as you will but keep in mind that you will see him again. 
I pray a blessing on your Family that you in your grief will grow from this experience.  Also that when times are tough that you will turn to your Father in Heaven in prayer for comfort and strength and with faith he will answer your prayers I testify in the name of Jesus Christ.

My heart breaks for my dear cousin Linda and her wonderful children and families.  I look at what you and Mark have created.  Some never have what the two of you worked so hard to create. May the love you two have continue in his memory.  I feel so blessed to have met Mark and spend time with him. Our family has lost so many. And yet I feel blessed to be part of it. Wishing Marks entire family beautiful memories of a wonderful man.

To say that my brother lit up a room when he walked in...well that would be too girly, but he would definitely kick it up a couple of notches.

Never boring, he was one of the most energetic people I've ever known. How Linda ever kept up with him I'll never know, but she did, and I'll always consider him one of the luckiest men for it. 

I couldn't have had a better brother, friend and partner growing up. We would often compete to see who could swim faster, ride a bike faster, or run faster. (We may have been in training for an IronMan Triathlon and didn't know it), but whatever it was I always remember it being so much fun.

With all the he accomplished, I think I was most proud of him these past nine months. His positive spirit, just the way he fought his way through.  He taught me what true courage is. 

For that I would give him the 'Tough Boot'.

I will never forget you brother!

Where do I begin my freind? You and I were 2 months apart in age you were my best freind and I will never forget you, your mom, dad,oddie and marina. You all were my second family growing up on Alma school road.  We all played football together in the the front yard, ran thru the corrals bare foot, swam in the irrigation ditch, played kick the can, laughed till we cried, made forts in the hay, walked to Westwood shopping center with our wagon full of pop bottles to get the deposit so we could spend the money. I always loved how we would laugh at your mom tripping over Tom Jones! My dad always bought our hay from your dad. Yes those were the best of times and I wish they did not have to end my freind. You are forever in my thoughts and prayers as is your family. Rest in peace and may God bless you Marky.

Dad, no words can describe how much you meant to us and how much we will miss you. Thank you for everything you have done and everything you have been. I hope you are guarding those pearly gates in heaven.
