Jennifer was my therapist at Ideal when I had my knee surgery and again when she opened up her own location at ATL when I had surgery on my shoulder. She was a beautiful lady with a warm beautiful bright smile and her laugh I loved her laugh. I remember she wore a beautiful rose in her hair during one of my sessions and it looked so pretty that I started to wear one in my hair afterwards. We would talk about my grandson Leonidas and her daughter Alyza. I never forgot how beautiful of a personality she had. You’re gone too soon and I am sad to hear of this. My prayers and condolences to your family. May you rest in peace and forever live in the memories of your love ones. 

Gone but not forgotten - Country Thunder 2007 


Jen helped get me my start in PT many years ago. She convinced me to apply and I had the chance to work alongside her for years to follow. Jen you were always such a bright light in the room and you always looked stunning! I still cannot believe that you are not with us here on earth but I do believe God had a very important job for you somewhere else. You will forever be missed and loved always. 

I only knew Jen for a short time at Empower PT, but in that time, she made an impact on my life. She was always the brightest and most positive in the room, bent over backwards to help everyone around her, and acted with poise even in stressful situations. She genuinely cared for me and encouraged me every time I saw her. Jen was a great mentor and will always be remembered. Rest in peace, Jen. 

I got to know Jen through work at Empower PT. I learned quickly how incredible of a person she is. She took genuine interest in my success and my personal life. She became a great mentor in my career but eventually a better friend. She embodies perfect love, kindness, and happiness. I feel eternally grateful to have known her. I love and miss you greatly! 

Jen was by far one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve known.  The demeanor she presented with her teammates at work was one that you could only hope for in a leader.  All of us were blessed to have the opportunity to be around her.  She had a way of just making you believe you were valuable and an important part of the team.  I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Jen as a tech when we both started out in PT at Foothills and then again when she came on as a director with Empower.  Jen, you are already missed by so many people and filling the spot you occupied will be impossible.  God bless you and rest peacefully with our Lord.  

My fellow Jen! I will always remember your infectious smile and engaging conversations. I admired the amazing mother you are to Alyza. I will miss our bus stop chats, fun Fridays at the park, and birthday brunches. You made quite the impact on us all and we will miss you dearly. 

I got to know Jennifer as a friend, fellow physical therapist and fellow leader at EmpowerPT.  She cared deeply for her daughter, her teammates and patients, as well as her leadership team.  I have been blessed to know her and to watch her thrive in her leadership role.  She had widespread positive influence on so many people, me included,  and we all will miss her deeply.  

Work was always fun with her. She would participate and even suggest days where we would all dress up.

Jenn would remember birthdays of everyone who worked at the Sun Lakes clinic. She always brought us our favorite dessert and/or a gift. She always wanted to designate a day where we would have a birthday card given and gifts ready.

I got my first impression of Jen before I ever even met her.  My husband Dan came home from interviewing her for Ideal Physical Therapy and told me-"she is a rockstar!"  I had the fortunate opportunity to work along side her, not daily, but often.  I observed how her patients adored her and how amazing she was as a clinical instructor!  I also couldn't believe this girl never seemed to have a "bad hair day!"  She was beautiful inside and outside.  Outside of work, she had the best sense of humor, the best laugh and smile, so genuine!  We love you and will miss you always Jen!

Please never forget just how blessed you are to have such an Amazing, Loving, Caring mother! You are truly the absolute light in her eyes, she loves you so much & talked about you ALL the time! I’ll never forget just how excited she was when planning your surprise Disney trip for your birthday & having the opportunity to get to see all the pics of how much fun you both ALWAYS had together!
Your mom is loved & cared by so many & she has touched so many lives! ALWAYS carry on your  memories together & know she is ALWAYS right beside you with everything you do & will NEVER stop loving you! ❤️🙏🏼❤️

I didn't know Jennifer for very long but she made you feel like you knew her for years. She always had a smile and kind word and was a light that will be greatly missed. My prayers and love are with her daughter and family

Jen was always a joy to be around. She had a vibrant smile and always happy. Jen was a great mom to Alysa and always doing fun stuff with her. Jen will always be loved and forever missed 

Jen and I went to PT school together and were instantly the best of friends. We spent countless hours together in class, labs, and studying at Starbucks on the weekends trying to make sense of neuro anatomy! Shortly after we graduated she convinced me to come work with her at Ideal PT where we spent most work days laughing with patients and colleagues. It continues to be my favorite years as a PT. Outside of work we loved going for sushi, gelato and hot chocolate where we would laugh and talk for hours. She would tease me over the years about my first time meeting Alyza as a 1 week old baby. She was so amused by my nervousness holding her.

It’s hard to sum up what Jen meant to me or the impact she had on my life. She was a North Star and always helped guide me when I felt lost. I will miss her always. 


Jen was hard working, dedicated and compassionate about her career. She made sure she got her part done without forgetting to check in on those around her and lend a hand when needed. She always went the extra mile. I had the pleasure of stepping into a new role alongside Jen and felt so lucky to have her on our team.  Jens impact is evident and I am grateful for the 2 years I got to spend growing with her. 

Jen was an amazing neighbor, friend, and mother. I will always remember watching our girls cheer together, our park chats, bus stop mornings, and all the neighborhood get togethers. She was always a joy to be around and always had a smile on her face. My prayers go out to your family and sweet Alyza. Your legacy will live on in her beautiful smile. You will truly be missed! 

Jen was beautiful inside and out. It is fitting that her favorite color was yellow as she was pure sunshine whenver she walked into a room. She was a presence wherever she went and will greatly be missed. 


Jen was one of the first people I knew when I moved to Arizona and one of my first friends here. She was also my first boss as a physical therapist. During our initial interview we started talking about spirit animals and I told her mine was a sloth. She never let me live that down as one of the worst spirit animals to identify with in a job interview. Thankfully, she took a chance on me and we have been great friends ever since. She has played a huge role in helping me become the PT and person I am today. She was a great friend, a hiking buddy, a mentor, someone I could always count on, and one of the best people I have ever known. She was always the ball of positive energy in the room. To have known Jen was to be very very blessed. Thank you Jen for the millions of wonderful memories. I love you and I will miss you so much. 

Jen, you were the sweetest friend & I have so many fond memories of our times together. I loved our neighborhood parties, bus stop, fun Fridays, 1st Monday’s & everything else you were a part of with all of us. You were such an amazing mom to Alyza & she looked at you with such love it made my heart melt. Your smile was so full of joy & your laugh was contagious! You brought such a beautiful light to all who had the pleasure of knowing you & being a part of your precious life. You will truly be missed until we meet again in Heaven. I am so blessed to have been able to spend time with Jen. She was such a good friend to everyone and I am proud to call her a friend. Although our time together was brief, I immediately knew she was a great person and a great friend. When she came over for dinner, we all had a fantastic time that we still joke about to this day. 
When she hosted a Christmas Party for her staff, her giving nature was on full display. She was someone who always cared about others above herself. To watch her with her staff, friends and daughter...I saw the best a person could be. In these difficult and sad times, I will remember her compassion, warmth and her laughter. She made everyone's life better for those she touched.
She will be truly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her. 

Jennifer will always will be one of my biggest role models. She pushed me to be the best I could even if I felt like I couldn’t do it. She is one of the biggest impacts on my career and future because she encouraged me to continue with my dream in the field of PT. I love her & our conversations so much, I will cherish the memories forever. She was an amazing friend, boss, and overall person and I will miss her dearly. Every time I would see her at work, she would always talk about Alyza because she is the light of her life! Jennifer touched many lives and made an impact on so many, she will be loved and cherished forever. 

Jen, our fearless leader, our listening ear, our problem solver through the challenges, and our smile whenever you entered the clinic. Thank you for challenging me, for giving me hope, for sharing some of the best book recommendations, and being you. Even though our time was just growing together, the impact you made on my life will be with me forever. I promise we will continue sharing your love for PT and serving those in need. There were great memories with Jen in the neighborhood!  I would see Jen running the canal, training the dog in the park and most often and most important being out with Alyza.  Jen was so good at doing matching costumes with Alyza on Halloween, running/biking the Turkey Trot, searching for Easter eggs in the park and the infamous cheer competitions that we would get there at a ludicrous time just so we could get the BEST spot to watch out girls!   It breaks my heart that I will not be able to have our impromptu conversations on the street.  Jen- you were loved and cherished and we will all miss you greatly. I have so many memories of the time spent with Jen.  First meeting was at Ideal Chandler's Open House just before she started at our clinic. She stepped right in after her maternity leave. Jen was a Rockstar! She, Randy and I were a great team and developed an atmosphere patients and visitors noticed. She and I became close friends. I think she helped me as much as I her. What a strong, beautiful and wonderful person! Words are hard to describe her presence walking into a room. She absolutely loved being a Mom, friend and clinician. Her influence on us will never be forgotten. "J-Ro" will always be close to our hearts...

Jen was such an amazing person. Whether it was work or something personal she always reached her hand out to help or her ear to listen. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to work with her and be mentored in our profession. I came on as an intern and she hired me after graduation. She was so happy about her Tesla, so she took us for a ride. I was really proud of her. Her impact on my career and life will live on forever. Thank you Jen. You will be missed!!

Where do I even start.. Jen hired me at ATI physical therapy, where she was the clinical director. Since day 1 I knew she would have a major impact in my life. She was one of the most caring, thoughtful and compassionate people I have ever met. I always knew I could turn to Jen to talk through any situation, whether it was work or anything else in life. I then got the opportunity to babysit Alyza, where the rest was history. If I was available and Jen needed a sitter, I was there in a heartbeat. The way I saw her as a mother is how I aspire to be one day. You will be so missed, and the love you have for Alyza will be shown through friends and family every single day. 

I have so many special memories of our times at gymnastics with Alyza and Emma and at cheer. You were so easy to talk to and had the sweetest smile. I always looked forward to hanging out with you. I remember you telling me about your trip with Alyza to Universal Studios and that you were surprising her! You were so excited for your girl's trip! You had such a sweet bond with her! You will be forever missed! Love you!

Such a kind, sweet person. My fondest memory is the love and concern she showed when I went through a health journey. I will miss our brief morning hello’s. Her kindness I believe will live on through Alyza. Sending love and prayers of comfort to you all.

Jen was such a joy to know! When we were new in the neighborhood, she invited my daughter to Alyza’s birthday party, though they didn’t know each other well. Very sweet and thoughtful. We appreciated being included. I always enjoyed chatting with Jen at the neighborhood parks, exchanging stories about work, how she loved to run in this heat(!), or the kids. I appreciate the short time we did have getting to know each other. She is missed!

Jenn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was a team player and always did things with a smile. She was smart, a problem solver and always took on things with a can do attitude. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel lucky to have met her. 

Jen was an amazing person. We met years ago when we both moved to our neighborhood. We ran into each at the park and hit off right way. She was there for me when I needed a friend. She made me laugh and was always there to help me figure things out.  She had the biggest smile where you couldn’t help but smile back. We had once jokingly talked about the different hugs we give people (the awkward side hug, polite hug, or a bear hug) because earlier that day I had given someone a awkward hug. Well that day I remember standing up and giving her a bear hug because she meant so much to me. 

I miss you Jen. I miss your smile. I miss when you would call me randomly to vent or to tell me about your day. I miss hanging out with you.  I miss your hugs. I miss our late night chats. I miss your text messages. I miss laughing with you. I miss that July 4th would be the last day I saw you. 

Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for being there for me when I needed a friend.  I will always cherish all the moments we’ve had together. 🤍

I met Jen through my husband who worked with her for years at ATI physical therapy. Jen and I became friends when she treated me for shin splints. I grew to love Jen so quickly. She was so easy to like and get along with. She had such an infectious smile and such a good energy about her. I loved being around her. Jen and I both loved to hike and stay active, and we had that in common. I got to go on an overnight backpacking trip with Jen last year, and she was so patient with all my questions since it was my first trip and I knew nothing about backpacking. 

Jen was the type of friend that I never worried about what she thought of me. She was so accepting of others, and never judged people. She laughed easily and was such a loving, vivacious personality. Jen always showed up for the people she cared about. She was there to listen when I had trouble getting pregnant, and gave me advice once I became a mom. She was there for the gender reveal party, the baby shower, and to meet and celebrate Raven once she was born. She was there for barbecues, hikes, and just to visit and laugh. It’s hard to find friends as true as Jen. Jen will be greatly missed. Love you Jen ❤️

Jennifer, my first memory of you was at Deutschlanders  fish house in Buffalo Gap, Texas.  Your family’s summers and Thanksgiving trips to TEXAS was something we all looked forward to.  Those hikes at the Melody and just hanging out with both you and Sara, your daddy and Shirley.  I will miss your beautiful smile and kind heart. Jen was such an amazing person. She was a joy to be around and she cared about everyone with her whole heart. She was truly one of the most kind and caring people I had come to know. Jen and I worked for Ideal PT together. Given that I was a clinic director in Tucson and she was in the Phoenix area we did not see each other as  much, but we did see each other at director meetings and at  holiday parties. Her smile was infectious.  I always enjoyed speaking to her. She was so approachable. Such a beautiful person inside and out. I want to send my condolences to her family. She will be missed. ❤️

I worked with Jen for a short period of time and I remember how phenomenal she was as a person and a physical therapist. She was very caring, compassionate and wicked smart. She had such a contagious smile and I will miss her dearly. Sending all of my love to her family in these hard times. 

My heart goes out to Jen’s family and loved ones. It doesn’t seem real. She was my PT Clinical Instructor, beyond that I considered her my friend. She always went above and beyond during my time as a PTA student, even helping me find my first job out of school. No matter what kind of day I was having she would always listen, even getting to know me in my personal life and offering me advice. Words can’t express the sadness I feel knowing you are gone but you will remain forever in my heart. You were one of the staples in my PTA career, a loving mentor, and loved friend. Rest In Peace dear Jen, May God carry you up on Angel wings. 

It all started with a bum knee.  A friend told me “go see Jen, she’s great” - and that recommendation changed my life forever.  We just hit it off.  It took a few visits together to go from “you’re treating me as a provider” to “let’s go hiking!” But once we crossed that line, it was like we were born friends.  We quickly spent a lot of time together.  We shared a love for murder mysteries, hiking, dark chocolate, and had sooo many fun adventures together in the last few years.  She was such a good friend to me. She was there for a lot of fun things, but really hard things too.  She texted, she called, she showed up, always. Always loving, caring, slow to judge, slow to anger. I still can’t believe she’s gone. We had plans.. to backpack, to do more hikes, I wanted to be there for her future wedding, for her to be at the birth of my future children.. Thank you for being there for me, Jen. Thank you for being one of my very best friends. You are beautiful, inside and out. I loved laughing with you. I’ll never forget getting toasty on our first backpacking trip and falling asleep literally holding our bellies from laughing so hard. Or sharing an “just add water” cake for your birthday in the middle of the superstitions last year. Thanks for napping in the back of my car with me at Bryce Canyon. Thank you for taking me to the best sushi dates ever! Thanks for texting me every single day during my egg retrievals. Thanks for my “bacheloregg” party. Thanks for the shoulder to cry on, for the big hugs, big laughs, and big love. I’m forever changed by you and your friendship. I already missed you before you were gone, and will continue to miss you so dearly every day of my life. I love you, Jen.
