James Raymond Harwell, a veteran of WW II, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and brothers and sisters. His wife of 59 years, Jessie Ponder Harwell, preceded him in death on January 22, 2013.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, January 31, 2014 at Valley of the Sun Mortuary followed by interment at Valley of the Sun Cemetery.
