Greg loved everyday as if it were his last . his passion was His children , grandchildren and family…he loved serving . He loved serving as a Bishop and working in the temple San Diego and Gilbert surfing , cycling , Tennis ,Racketball  and just playing and having fun with the grandkids. I love and miss him so💗


To Greg’s family, when I heard of his passing I thought of all he great times from surfing the Oceanside peer together and serving together in our church.   He was a great man.

Sadly I just learned of Greg’s passing from mortality. Heartbreaking. He was a wonderful mentor for me and he exemplified the best way to be a husband, dad and priesthood holder. Thanks Bishop, I have reflected on your example often.  

I am so heartbroken!!! I had been calling Greg for two weeks to be my agent for a commercial sale and I wanted him to be on the Board of Directors for my youth center.
I am in utter disbelief!!! He was such an awesome person! He was such a wonderful man! This really hurts!

Greg and I loved to be bell ringers for Realtor Wednesdays at our local Fry's during the holiday for the Salvation Army.

The joy of their life was always so happy (right from the beginning) as High School Sweethearts  and even today so happy together 

His children and Grand Babies were his blessings of the love ❤️ he has for his children 

I had the privilege of serving with Greg in the temple for the last year. We became friends and I loved working with him. He was always so attentive to  the patrons especially those who needed a little more assistance. He was a key member of our Wed. morning fraternity.
I will miss him. We all will miss him.

I only found out of Greg's passing moments ago.  I'm in shock.  I'm a fellow Realtor- Greg handled my commercial sale that closed in April 2022.  We became fast friends in 2019 when I was referred to him.  He and I worked so well together- his integrity and character always impressed me.  My condolences to his family whom he loved so dearly.  I'm just at a loss for words wishing now that I called looking for him sooner when I became concerned that he wasn't responding to my texts but dismissed it being the holidays.  I am so truly sorry for the loss of this wonderful friend who was an example to all.  Greg you will be missed-

My heart goes out to Caryl and the entire family! Greg was one of the kindest gentlemen I have known. I was looking  forward to working alongside him big time. He was incredibly supportive, generous, funny, and helpful. Greg will be missed for sure!! Keeping all of you in my prayers 🙏🏻💞

Greg and Caryl helped us move to Oregon  in 1986. We always had so much fun together. We joked and laughed all the time.  There was never a dull moment when we were together.  So many great memories I will cherish forever. Rest in peace Greg! Love you!!

Have the fondest memories of meeting Greg,  Carol, Chris and Terry in Madrid Spain.   We will miss him. 

Greg was a great man, and He was like my second father, a wonderful mentor, a teacher, a great friend, and a generous listener. During the nine years I shared with him as my boss, he taught me a lot about life, and thanks to him, today, I am a better person; I thank God for putting him on my path. I will miss you a lot, my father, friend, and boss.

Darnall and I were so sad to hear of Greg’s accident and passing. We have been out of the Lindsey Ward now for 3 years, but still remember your family fondly and the spirit and service you shared with the ward members. We know Greg will be missed in your home. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and husband. We will greatly miss him in the ward family, as he was always willing to serve others and bring a smile and a bit of humor to make us laugh. 
Bless you Caryl,  and your family, in the coming days as you continue on life’s journey. We know Greg will be watching over you and is just a veil away. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Greg was an awesome guy. He was fun to be around, always joking and playing with the kids. We have some great memories of get togethers with cousins and family. We all loved him. He will be missed.
