She is survived by her loving husband, Terry Carbaugh; daughters, Beth Anne Poe Houseman, Amy Carbaugh, and Rhonda Carbaugh; granddaughters, Kaylah, Jillisah, Shannah, Cheyenne, Lyn, and Libby; grandsons, Tyler II and Juelius; great-grand daughters, Alexis, Avianna, Raelynn; great-grandson, Lucas; sisters, Susan, Kelly and Betty; brothers, Howard, Roy and Harry; along with many nieces, nephews and many adopted children.
She was preceded in death by A. Virginia Carbaugh, Howard "Shorty" W. and Mae E. Martin, Kevin K. Poe, Larry Bates and Jeff Bates.
She started working at an early age at the former Cherry Lane Dairy. Continued at the former Stanley Co. to the Carlton Heights market manager, Central Tractor warehouse manager, to retire from FCAVTS nutritional dept. Cynthia was also a ladies auxiliary president of the Franklin Fire Company. She loved spending time with family especially with her world famous Iced Tea, slippery Ham pot pie, and those homemade bread and rolls which were always available on holiday occasions. She loved collecting anything snowman, and her favorite color was purple.

A visitation will be held on Friday March 18, 2022 from 11:00-1:00pm at Parklawns Funeral Home; 3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Funeral services will begin at 1:00pm, officially conducted by Rev. Ron Cook and Rev. Eric Lehman. A burial will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
