Louis Mitchell Stigler Jr. was peacefully wrapped in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the age of 77. He was the beloved husband of Shirley Moley Stigler. Loving father of Steve Stigler, the late Louis Stigler III; and step-father of George Cavignac. Godfather of Michael DiGiacomo. Brother of Joe Stigler and the late Don Stigler. Son of the late Virginia Purazello Stigler and Louis Stigler Sr. He is also survived and fondly remembered by his 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

I hope you felt my tear on your cheek because I was not expecting this. Dakota misses you and I will miss you eternally. I struggled to give the news to your brother Joe. I find comfort knowing my bay’s body isn’t hurting anymore. My bay didn’t get to ride his creation. I thought you were coming home – I miss you so much. I have to go to work tomorrow and take care of business. Please guide me bay, please guide me Lord. My heart is aching so much right now – you know me, I’m crying for you. I love you, Lou.
