Joshua Mitchell Morgan

Joshua Mitchell Morgan, born May 9, 1987, passed away at home Monday, August 3, 2015. Joshua was only 28 years old. He was the beloved and only son of Jodi Hoffpauir and step-father, Robert "Coach Bob" Gegenheimer. He was deeply loved by his grandparents James and Janice Hoffpauir. Joshua will be forever missed by his family, Jeana and Chris Anderson (Cayden, Carson and Cohen) Janna and Steve Perret, Sara, Garrett and Stace Shearman. He will be also deeply missed by his brother, Jude Morgan, Belinda Dalon , and his father, George Morgan and family.

Joshua resided in Mandeville since Katrina but considered Chalmette his only home. He was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High where he was named "Mr. A.J." He went on to graduate from Southeastern and most recently from Elaine P: Nunez's P-Tech Program.

Joshua always had a beautiful smile and a story to tell. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel. He will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
