Eddie Lee Lemoine

In loving memory of Eddie Lemoine, who passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the age of 86. Eddie was a caring father to Lisa Guillory (Joel); grandfather to Jodie Guillory Calfee (Donovan); great-grandfather to Lilianna Calfee, Joelle Guillory, and Donovan Calfee IV. Proud brother of John T. Lemoine (Lynne). He is preceded in death by his parents Lester J. Lemoine and Maben J. Lemoine; siblings Betty Lemoine (Ignatius) and Lester Lemoine.

Born on December 16, 1936 in Moreauville, LA, Eddie was a passionate man who found joy in playing the guitar and sharing his soulful voice within the walls of our cherished church. His devotion to music was a testament to his deep connection with spirituality and community. May his spirit continue to resonate in our hearts as we remember the beautiful chords he strummed and the uplifting hymns he sang. He leaves behind a legacy of music, faith, and the warmth he brought to his church. May he rest in eternal peace, his melodies echoing in the heavenly choir above.

A Memorial Service will be held on the 6th of January, 2024 at Delacroix Hope Baptist Church, 1932 Bayou Rd, St. Bernard, LA 70085 at 2:00 PM.
