Mr. Wallace was the fiancé of Gloria Walden; son of the late Cornelius Sr. and Rosalie Montelaro Wallace; father of Keri Hyde, Morgan Walden and Karlee Walden; grandfather of Victoria, Ava, and Hudson Hyde; brother of Missie Petersen (wife of Keith); uncle and godfather of Heather Marcotte (wife of Will). Mr. Wallace will be dearly missed by numerous relatives and friends.
He was well known throughout the lumber industry since he began working in the business at the age of 17.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 pm in the Chapel.
