Brian Henry Vogt, Sr. , age 59, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015. Mr. Vogt was born in New Orleans, was a resident of Chalmette, and following Hurricane Katrina, a part-time resident of Enterprise, Mississippi. Mr. Vogt was the husband of Particia M. Vogt for 25 years; father of Brian H. Vogt, Jr. (Catherine); son of Shirley and the late Hugh G. Vogt, Jr., and Thais F. Vogt; brother of Hugh Vogt III (Pandora), Michael Vogt (Rachel), Mark Vogt (Halee), and the late Chris Vogt; uncle of Sue Beam, Amy Cartmell, Hugh Vogt IV, Brooke, Michael, Pearce, and Evie Vogt. Mr. Vogt owned and operated Vogt Construction with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Vogt will be laid to rest in Enterprise Cemetery in Enterprise, Mississippi, on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 2:30p.m.
