Brett Michael Liebert

Brett Michael Liebert passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the age of 48. He was the beloved son of Kathy Liebert and the late Daniel Liebert. Loving father of April Liebert and Daniel Liebert. Brother of Dana Liebert. Proud uncle of Olivia Meyers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and his loyal pet Bandit.

Brett will be remembered by his infectious smile that could light up any room. He never met a stranger and would always offer to assist anyone in need. He did endless favors and repaired his friends’ vehicles, never expecting anything in return. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Brett was an extremely talented person. He was very creative, loved art and took pride in anything he designed or built. He worked at his family’s business, Orleans Ornamental Iron and Casting Distribution Inc, since 1991. Brett loved making people smile and he was a happy go lucky guy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. A Funeral Mass in his honor follow. A graveside inurnment will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
