Audrey Ducote Miller

Audrey Agnes Ducote Miller passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the age of 97. She was the beloved wife of the late William G. Miller II. Loving mother of Wayne A. Miller Sr. and the late William G. Miller III. Daughter of the late Abby and Alzire Duplechin Ducote. Sister of the late Hulda Ducote Najolia. Proud grandmother of William G. Miller IV (Shannon), Mark Miller (Kathy), Wayne Miller Jr. (Terri) and Michelle Miller Hummel (Jeff). Great grandmother of Ryan (Carissa), Caitlyn, Devin, Cody, Connor, Hannah, Trisha and Laura. Also survived by her great great grandchildren Tyler, Christopher, Emma Jean and Madison.

Audrey was born on December 10, 1918 in Plaucheville, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends and neighbors.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
