Roxianne and I shared a lot of memories. A few not so good, but a whole bunch of wonderful times that will never be forgotten by me. She had one of the sweetest personalities and was witty and comical but could be serious when she needed to be. She loved being in the garden and was so excited when our veggies were ready to pick. She loved owls and every time I see an owl, I think of her.
 God, I miss her beyond words. Until we meet again, Roxianne! Love to you always!

Roxianne, all I can get out is "I miss you terribly!" We became friends later in life but what fun we had. We laughed, we cried, we shared memories, shared dreams, fought, made peace, but all in all, no matter what the situation, we remained friends.  No matter what, even if we weren't speaking, I knew if I needed you all I had to do was call out to you and you were always there. And vice versa.  Some of my favorite memories will always be garden season. You loved picking and putting up vegetables from my garden and I was always happy you were here to help. You, Aunt Margaret, and me pulling corn or picking peas, okra or tomatoes, and then putting them up while we laughed, talked, and remenisced is always a memory I will cherish. This year was a sad one as Brian and I harvested our bounty alone. I miss you every single day and when I  think of something I need to tell you I pick up my phone and even though your name & number are there, you are not. I often find myself putting on my brakes to turn into your drive then I remember- you're not there either. You had just called me and we talked for a long while, but when I got home from Coden, you were gone.  I keep hoping this is a dream and I will eventually wake up and you will be here. Because of this, today is truly the first day I've mourned and to be honest, I'm a mess right now.  I pray you, aunt Margaret, and my Lulu will be looking for my arrival with open arms. I love and miss you always, until we meet again. 

Mrs. Jones was a grade school teacher of mine.  She was always, always so nice to me.  I loved her class and looked forward to attending it.  She made school so nice.

I still can't believe you're gone.  You're the first person I think of when I have good news to share and also when I just need a shoulder. You've just always been there - and now, you're gone.  You are sorely missed.  
I'm so thankful for all the wonderful, fun, funny, silly, sad, and loving memories. I will cherish each one until we meet again in Heaven. I know you have brightened it up a bit!!
Thank you for being such a great friend all those years. I love you and will miss you as long as I'm alive.

Roxanne and I became friends in junior high school and continue to be friends through high school and college and she was a bridesmaid at my wedding. Then life stepped in and things got hectic and we lost touch. I have not spoken with her for years and years and I regret that I did not get a chance to catch up with her and see how she was doing, or if she needed my help., Or just needed someone to talk to. Also often we get caught up in our own lives and forget to take time for others. Roxanne was a beautiful soul and a beautiful woman. I pray that she is resting in the arms of Jesus waiting  for the day when we all will join her there. That is my wish for Roxanne. My sincere condolences to her family and loved ones that are left behind but just remember that God never makes mistakes. I was a cheerleader in high school with Roxanne. I am so sorry to hear this news. I have a lot of good memories of fun times cheering with her during those days.  May God be with all of  you and  give you peace and comfort.

I have known Roxanne since school we had the same birthday July 4, 1956. I hated to hear of her passing I will keep the family in my prayers.

Roxanne and I have been friends since  elementary school. Johnnie Faye Lawley Davis was also one of our friends. We were all cheerleaders in high school. We never know when or time on earth will be over, but I will miss Roxanne just as I do Johnnie Faye. God has a plan and his timing is always right.  Gone but not forgotten..
