Patsy Victoria Hiott Collins Shine

Patsy Victoria Hiott Collins Shine, age 77, of West Blocton, Alabama passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. She was born March 2, 1944 in Bamberg, SC to Maybell Hiott James and Murk Hiott. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Preston Collins (Bub), daughter Bobbie Dean Collins, grand-daughter Autumn Allen, eight brothers and sisters, Vinelle, Margie Bell, Mary, Marion, Floyd, Milton, Marvin and Bobby. Left to cherish her memory are her children Ronnie Collins (Velma), Stephanie Collins Savage, Kenny Shine (Jennifer), Vickie Turan. Grandchildren: Alisha, Preston, Cory, Bubba, Casey, Carrie, Clint, Koleton, Kelsie, and Kristian. Thirteen Spoiled Great Grands as well as a special family friend; Bobby Nelson, and a host of nieces and nephews she adored dearly.

Honoring their MAW-MAW as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
