James is preceded in death by his parents Zackary Taylor and Rosie Mae Shuttlesworth. He is survived by his son, James Windom Shuttlesworth of Brookwood, AL; Daughter-in-Law, Michele Shuttlesworth of Vance AL; Brothers, CW Shuttlesworth and Fred Shuttlesworth; Grandchildren, Stephanie Oglesby of McCalla, AL; Hayley(Chris) Hill of Brookwood, AL; LeighAnn Shuttlesworth of Olathe, KS; Emmalee Shuttlesworth of Vance, AL; Great grandchildren, Karson Duncan and Sawyer Hill of Brookwood, AL, and a host of nieces and and nephews.
James was an active member of River of Life Church in Centreville, AL.
Celebration of Life will be held at River of Life Church in Centreville, AL on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 11am. Pastor Mike Woods will be officiating.
