Mr. Cochran is retired army veteran. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy B. Cochran; sons, James G. Cochran,Jr.(Susan), Marcus A. Cochran(Denise) and Ronald G. Cochran(Gail); daughter, Rita C. Lashober(Jim); brothers, William"Boe"H. Cochran(Guin) and Earnest E. Cochran(Faye); sister, Elizabeth C. Johnson(Jimmy); 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
