IN THE CARE OF
Isaac Cook, age 95, of Centreville, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020.
He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Nancy Cook; one brother, Robert Cook(Shirley) of Woodstock, AL; one sister, Maudie Ruth Kornegay of Centreville, AL; two grandchildren, Jerry Cook Jr.(Sarah), Heidi Chuc(Gabo); five great-grandchildren, Ana Chuc, Isaac Cook, Gabriel Chuc, Luke Cook, and Jacob Cook. He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Cook; one son, Jerry Cook, and his parents, Bud and Maude Cook.
A Visitation was Monday evening October 12, 2020, from 6 PM - 8 PM at Lowerytown Missionary Baptist Church in West Blocton, AL with the Service following on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 11 AM. Burial in Johntown Cemetery.
