Emily Jones Hornsby Centreville, AL Mrs. Hornsby, age 95, entered into Heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ Friday, Dec. 18, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Claud E. Hornsby, Jr., and her grandson, C. Joseph Kettler, III. Mrs. Hornsby is survived by her 3 children: Olivia H. Kettler, Emily H. Bowman (Steve), and Claud E. Hornsby, III (Tanita), 6 grandchildren: Emily B. Chambliss (Jeffrey), Marie K. Green (Kevin), Georgia B. Boulton (Kevin), Steven E. Bowman, Jr. (Jennifer), Dr. C. Griffin Hornsby (Channing) and Tait L. Hornsby, 9 great-grandchildren: Benjamin B. Fox, Jeffrey O. Chambliss, Jr., Alexander T. Green, Virginia O. Green, Martha H. Fox, John B. Chambliss, McKinnon E. Bowman, Catherine L. Bowman, and Selah J. Hornsby, also, brother, Renis O. Jones, Jr., and sister, Joanne J. Delay. Services will be at 1st Presbyterian Church, Centreville, Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation and lunch will follow at the Hornsby Home.
