Mrs. Edna Mae Fondren entered into rest at her residence on Sept. 10, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Earl Fondren; son, Frederick Earl Fondren(Brenda); daughters, Melissa Ann Hicks(Martin) and Beverly Renee Stewart(Alan); brother, Lorenzo Kynard(Marlyn) of Greensboro; sister, Linda Baughtman(Breuer) of Carrollton, GA; grandchildren, Charity Fondren, Jason Fondren, Nathaniel Hicks, Rachel Hicks, Savannah Stewart, Ben Stewart; great grandchild, Colton James Fondren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Preston and Dozia Kynard; sisters and brothers, Beatrice Washburn, John Lewis Kynard, Dolan Kynard, Nellowayne Cook and Henry Jones Kynard.
