Barbara Jean Richey was born on June 10, 1961 and passed away on March 26, 2022. Barbara is proceeded in death by her father; Edward Richey, mother; Stella May Richey, and one brother Joe Richey. She is survived by her sister Brenda Miller, three sons; Wesley Wagoner(Frances), Joshua Wagoner( Melissa), and Joey Wagoner. Her grandchildren; Dalton Wagoner, Breanna Thigpen, Dustin Jacobs, Tyler Wagoner, Kyle Wagoner, Stephanie Wagoner, Savanah Wagoner, Trinity Wagoner, Natalie Wagoner, Mackenzie Wagoner, Christopher Wagoner, and 2 great-grandchildren. Barbara loved her family, loved being around them. She was a proud Granny and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything. She will forever be loved and missed by all her family and friends.
