Troy Eugene Bradford, 50, of Onalaska, Wash., passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 13, 2016, at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash. Troy was born Sept. 16, 1965, in Defiance, Ohio, to Paul and Linda Bradford.
