Charlie W. Davis, 64, of Chehalis, passed away on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014. He was born in Aberdeen, WA, on Nov. 23, 1949 to Iver and Helen Davis. Charlie graduated from W.F. West High School. He was married to the love of his life, Joyce, on Feb. 1, 1969. Charlie had a career as the Safety and Health Administrator for Transalta. He was a member of the Lewis County Fire District 6 and he had a passion for life itself, family, helping others, laughter, the outdoors, hunting, camping, fishing, fires in the backyard, and a good cigar.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce, daughters, Angie (Kyle) Heaton, and Stacy Davis, grandchildren, Regan, Nolan, and John Heaton, Alexis and Samantha Turner, and brothers, Robert (Dee) Davis and Steve (Charleen) Davis.
A visitation will be held from 1-5pm, on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 at Sticklin Funeral Chapel, 1437 S Gold St, Centralia, and a Funeral Mass will be held at 11am, on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at St Joseph Catholic Church, 157 SW 6th St, Chehalis.
