Amber Dawn Jorgensen

Amber took her first breath on on July 9, 1973. She was born to Darrell Otis Smith and Marilee Johnson (now Marilee Stauffer) of Springfield, OR. She graduated from Puyallup High School and went on to study at Pikes Peak State College, Pierce Community College, and Grantham University. She received her certificate of Dental Assistant with expanded functions at Concorde Career Institute.

Amber married the love of her life, Steven Douglas Jorgensen, on January 5, 1995. Together they had their daughter, Angella. Amber was a beloved substitute teacher for West Ada School District. She was also an active member of the SCCA and the local YMCA. Amber’s passion was autocrossing, and she was an avid and skilled photographer.

Amber was preceded in death by her mother Marilee Sharon Stauffer.

Amber is survived by her husband Steven Douglas Jorgensen, and her daughter Angella Destiny Jorgensen.
