 Nilda possessed something magical, her Smile and laugh were contagious, if you were within eye shot of her you were along for the ride, after all it only made you feel good and the amazing thing about it was ,you had to wait for her to explain why you were laughing now that's MAGIC. I'm happy to know she got to experience being a Great-grand Mother, she deserved it, family was most important to her.

I remember titi Nilda's beautiful smile and her laugh. Also  how much fun we had as a family at gatherings. I will always remember what a sweet happy lady she was. Love you titi.

Nilda was a kind sister-in-law who Luis and I enjoyed spending time together.  She was very sensitive and sweet. I'm so sorry that I could not travel to see her.  I pray that she will be united with all her brothers and sisters in heaven. Love, Virginia

Aunt Nilda was a very special sweet lady to her nephew Manuel Medina and I. She welcomed me to the family and was always a lady. Her daughters need to remember that she will always be present with them in their hearts. I'm sure she passed on her wisdom and all her positive qualities. She will be missed. I am so grateful to have been able to spend a beautiful moment with Titi Nilda and Uncle Victor over this past summer.  The love and tenderness they shared in their embrace was overwhelming to all present.  I marveled at her overall beauty and felt blessed to a part of this glorious reunion.  Blessings to you Titi Nilda, and to all of those whose lives you touched.

You were a beautiful person inside and out. You were fulfilled with kindness, patience, and love that reflected a sincere and warm welcome. Your smiles brought smiles. Sometimes people can better look out for their families from above. Bodies age and tire but a good soul will live forever. It may hurt the ones who are left behind but you are never truly left. She will always be there in your heart and looking over you with the same love as she has always had for you. So sorry for your loss and the gain of a beautiful angel watching over you all.

Dear Titi, I am so blessed to have been part of your legacy. I will always treasure my memories with you , brothers ,sisters, cousins and more. I have so many fond memories growing up of Aunt Nilda and her wonderfull warm loving  personality and laugh. From weekend gatherings at Uncle Louie and Titi Nilda's house with Priscilla and Beverly, to her dancing at the Medina family parties and gatherings. She has left an indelible imprint on my life and that of my family. We'll never forget her.

You were always there for me, you nurtured me as a child and then helped me raise my beautiful children to become the incredible adults they are today.  You always took care of us first, putting you needs aside.  You were my mommy, my doctor, my therapist and my best friend.  You gave my children and I a home filled with love and laughter and of course countless wonderful meals.  We all have fond memories of you taking the food from your plate and sneaking it onto one of ours! I remember the food. Making it and enjoying it. But the best times were the laughs. No one laughed more than Nilda. And it's the laughter ill always remember.

Titi, will always be special in my heart and memories as a little girl through my teen years the doors to her home for summer stays were opened and more her heart and wonderful hugs. Titi Nilda always had a special place in her heart for me. No matter what she always made me feel special and loved ( for over 52 years.) She had the love of Christ in her heart.   I will never forget her love, her hugs, and especially her smile. Her love for her Beverly & Priscilla and her grandchildren  (especially the babies)  kept her with us all these years.
