Joyce M. Lamb

Joyce M. Lamb, age 95, of Centereach, New York passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth. Loving mother to WIlliam Lamb (Joanne), Maureen Dimaiuta (Sonny) and Barbara Chero (George). Cherished grandmother to Jessica, Kathleen, Michael, Amanda, David, Greg and Leah. Devoted great-grandmother to Nicholas, Madison, Ryan, Timmy, Reeve and Will.

Joyce loved her weekend getaways to Atlantic City and her New York Yankees while enjoying a glass of red wine. She challenged herself daily with crossword puzzles and reading books and the paper. Joyce was an active member in the Rosary Society at Assumption Of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Centereach.She had a big heart and the joy of dogs and children always brought a smile to her face.

A visitation for Joyce will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Rd, Centereach, New York 11720. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church, 33 Crown Acres Rd, Centereach, New York 11720. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, New York 11933.
