Joan Marie Ellsworth

Joan loved the Hallmark Channel, Yahtzee and was a Trivia Crack expert. A lover of Dachshund's, she was warm, gentle, patient and kind. Referred to as the Kool-Aid mom, due to her welcoming personality and kindred spirit. To know her was to love her and you knew it the moment you met her. Truly unforgettable.

Joan is survived by her daughters; Eileen Carney (Daniel) and Nicole Fulciniti (David), and her grandchildren; Ashley Carney, Elisabeth Carney, Danielle Carney, Madelyn Fulciniti and David Fulciniti.

A visitation for Joan will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, New York 11720. Funeral Mass, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church, 33 Crown Acres Rd, Centereach, New York 11720. Interment to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, 7202 Astoria Boulevard S., East Elmhurst, NY 11370.
