I want to express my most sincere sympathies and condolences to the Ron Frank family. I just learned of Ron's passing this past week and myself my son Jason and his wife are very very upset and taken back by this. First met Ron in 1970 when I moved to Lakewood and met the entire Frank family. I took Ron fishing to 11 Mile reservoir in 1970 and he was in the 9th grade and from that point on I enjoyed his company hunting and fishing but most importantly I enjoyed the person that he was.  he was loved by so many. He was so important to me in my business and such a wonderful conscientious worker and without him I would have not been able to do and have the business that I had. Ron came to the rescue many times after helping me make my home nice with his expertise in craftsmanship in floor design. Over 18 years he made invisible holes made in the carpet caused by at least 4 different puppy Rottweilers!!! He was a wonderful dependable friend and is missed.

We will miss Ron. Every year we would go out and have a holiday dinner. Lots of laughs, great conversation and good food! Ron was always kind and easy to talk to. He had something special. Ron was a good friend of mine. I would call him to play in our weekly card game. If he couldn't play that week we'd have a conversation over the phone and I can still here him say, "By golly". That phrase is an old soul's phrase and it fit Ron to a T. Our conversations almost always were about his family in Idaho, woodworking, and fishing. When he was able to come to our card game he would proudly show beautiful pictures of scenery and family members. Ron was a proud uncle and especially like sharing about his nephew that did work. By golly, Ron was a good guy and he is missed! 

My husband and Ron are good friends. Ron came by to pick my husband up for the weekly card game. Ron came to our patio and sat with us and we chatted. My new puppy was all over Ron, wouldn't leave him alone actually. As much as I would say, "That's enough Lidia." Ron would say, "She's fine." At one point in the visit Ron said the funniest thing and we all laughed for good while. Ron said to my puppy, "Where'd you get your liquor license?" I'll never forget that saying and how we all laughed. 

I was so very saddened to hear the passing of Uncle Ron. He was a gentle man with a kind heart. I will always remember his soft giggle when he laughed. Ron used to meet me and our sister, Jackie, for "nights out on the town" at Greystone Castle back in the day. We would have so much fun! Although Ron was the baby of the aunts and uncles, he was like on older brother to me when I was younger. Please give Paul, mom, Jake, grandma and grandpa big hugs at the reunion!

My favorite memories of Uncle Ron are the Elvis impersonations he did at a wedding (he was fabulous!) and the Hawaiian Luau party he threw. He enjoyed life and loved having fun. He will forever and always be missed. Love you Uncle Ron. Someday we shall see each other again. 🕊

Uncle Ron truly was a great man.  I have so many wonderful, fun memories of the times spent with him throughout my life.  His love of Elvis Presley - watching his movies together in grandma and grandpa’s basement and listening to him sing along - imitating Elvis.  The many times he picked me up in his orange roadrunner and took me dancing to his friends’ band (KYTE) followed by the early morning breakfasts.  He always had such a happy disposition and wonderful smile.  He was so much fun to be around and will always have a special place in my heart.  Please give grandma, grandpa, uncle Jake & mom a hug.  I too will always love you.

I was so deeply deeply saddened to hear of uncle Ron’s passing.  He is truly an amazing man.  I will forever miss your kind soft words and contagious laugh.  I am honored to have had you as my godfather and will carry you with me everyday.  Uncle Ron I wish you true peace and much needed rest.  Please give dad a big hug for me when you see him. Although I just recently had the pleasure of meeting Ron, face to face, I feel as though I have known him for many years. Ron was the best friend of my friend Maggie and for years I have heard Maggie talk about Ron and all the adventures they had shared.  From Maggie I had learned what a kind and caring person Ron was. Over the years I had even been gifted 3 of Ron's cat trees. But it wasn't until I hired Ron to replace some carpet in my home, that I really got to see and experience what a kind man Ron truely was. I know Ron will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. My condolences go to his family and friends.

Ron was an amazing person who we were so blessed to have in our lives.  He was a friend and neighbor for almost as long as I can remember.  He was always quick to offer a smile, a laugh, a story and a helping hand.  He was one of the kindest and most absolutely stand up men I have ever met and I count myself lucky to have had him in my life.  I cherish all the time we recently spent with him while he helped us with our house, not because of the work we did on the house, but because of the time we spent talking and sharing.  He told me so many stories about his, family, his travels, his friends, and he shared knowledge about his trade that I will hold dear forever.  My heart aches for his family and friends.  Condolences to all who are experiencing the loss of this great man!  

Ronnie was the strongest and kindest man I have ever known.  He was my rock.  He was my confidant.  He was and always will be my best friend.  Why the Heavens blessed me with this man for almost half my life is beyond me.  He was a patient man.  There was never anything he couldn't fix, and he took the time and care to fix things better than they were before they broke.  His family was his world to him.  He loved children and animals.  He loved the elderly - he believed their life experiences should be appreciated and listened to.  He loved people and saw the good in everyone - something I was never able to accomplish (and he was a good influence on me).  He loved American history and wanted to learn all he could about Colorado history as well.  We visited many old mining and ghosts towns over the years.  He loved life.  All of my friends adored Ronnie.  Many people know that he started building cat scratch posts from left-over scraps several years ago - posts that often looked like pieces of art - and we donated many to the shelters over the years.  Most of my friends and people I work with who have kitties have cat scratch posts that he made.  He was an incredible soul.  I have lost my best friend. My world will never be the same.  My thoughts are with his beautiful family, his incredible friends, his wonderful neighbors, and his amazing co-workers now.  Peace and comfort to you all. 

I feel I've known Ron most of my life. I had the pleasure of working with him for years as he did all of the carpet reinstalls for our family restoration business. Through the years we became friends and every day on the job with him was a good day. We often had to work in separate rooms to stop the chatting just to get some work done. He was the most honest and nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of nowing. My sympathy to the family, I know his loss is heartbreaking. Though he is gone, he will not be forgotten. I'm sure he is in heaven having a beer with my grandpa and father catching up on old times!

Ron is survived by, and will be greatly missed, by sisters, JoAnn (Melvin) Fehringer, Delores (Richard) Lehman, of Idaho, brother, Larry (Pam) Frank, and sister, Mary (David) Garrett, of Lakewood, CO, as well as sisters, Margie (Jim) Hoffmaster, and Louise (Doug) Campbell, of AZ. 

Ron is also survived by 
a host of nieces, nephews, and grand neices and nephews, as well as many friends, as he made friends wherever he went.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Eva Frank, a sister, Patricia Fehringer, and brothers, Paul and Jake Frank.

Ron, may you find everlasting peace and rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior.  I will always love you!

Ron was our neighbor and good friend.  He loved to cook and often cooked wonderful things  in his smoker, making us jealous of his meals.  He was a great neighbor and often helped out neighbors with remodel projects and carpet projects.    We dug out the neighbohood many times during snow storms with his help.   He will be missed by many.   To his family and loved ones, our condolences.
