Robert L. Brantley

Robert L. Brantley, age 88, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Robert was born July 11, 1933 in Aurora North Carolina. He served as a SGT in the ARTY in the United States Army with honors including United Nations SVC Medal, Korean SVC Medal and with 3 Bronze SVC Stars. He was an RTD retiree. He was a longtime member at Riverside Baptist Church in Denver. He was a member of the Black Hawk Masonic Lodge and became a Shriner. He served on several boards within his community.

He was married to Vonnie for over 50 years until she passed in December of 2013. He is survived by his son Jeffrey L. Brantley (Sharon), Brad Godown (Tricia), 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his two brothers Wilber and Brian Brantley, and the Myers Family.

A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A memorial service will occur Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery.
