Manuel (Manny) Ramirez, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on April 25, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born in Houston, Texas on October 29, 1960 to Manuel S. Ramirez and Elvira Ramirez. He was a man of faith and instilled his faith in his children. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He received the gift of the Holy Ghost and was baptized in the name of Jesus on April 23, 1980.
He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel S. Ramirez and Elvira Ramirez; his daughter, Amanda Renee Ramirez; sisters, Mary Jasso, Penny Benavidez and Connie Luna. He is survived by his best friend and love of his life, Louise Martinez-Ramirez with whom he shared 33 years of marriage. He is also survived by his two sons, Manuel S. Ramirez, III (Deleana) and Nathaniel L. Ramirez; grandchildren, Daija, Myles, Danica Ramirez, and MacKayla Morris; sister, Rosie Vela; brothers, Jose Cuevas (Linda), John Cuevas, Samuel Cuevas (Terry) and Gene Cuevas (Janie); and many nieces and nephews.
Manny loved living in Colorado. He loved his Rocky Mountains and wild life including eagles and turtles. He also loved his country and was very patriotic; always proud of the American flag.
Manny will be deeply missed, and fondly remembered.
