Lynn was only in my life for 2 short years but will forever be in my heart.  She was the most positive and caring person I have been lucky enough to call my friend. Always thinking of me and others over her own challenges and worries.  Evening walks and looking at her pics of owls were my favorite. I miss her dearly.

From the first time I met Lynn I knew she was a genuinely kind and wonderful person with a heart of gold. She always greeted everyone with a warm smile – especially grandchildren.
During hikes and trips together Lynn loved sharing the names of flowers, plants and every bird she saw or heard.  She enjoyed being  out in nature and taking frequent photos because everything she saw was worthy of a photo.
The world is a better place because of the kindness and positive energy she brought to everyone. Throughout the years I knew her, she was my very best friend.

I've known Lynn for over 30 years.  We worked together at US West.  Although our work assignments didn't cross paths, we worked on the same floor which allowed us to get to know each other and become close friends.  Possibly, both of us being Cancers made it easier😉 .   Her infectious smile, positive outlook and love of outdoors/nature made a strong friendship that lasted until the end. 

Lynn's love of outdoor adventure made her a regular invitee on our annual week long houseboat trips on Lake Powell.  I remember her 1st trip: we were doing a short, late afternoon/evening hike and we topped a vista overlooking the lake.  I didn't realize she had such a good singing voice as she belted out a couple verses of "Born Free".  I'll never forget that awesome feeling of her voice matching the beauty of that moment.   She was a regular on our trips from then on!

Lynn, Jacob and Casey also joined us on water skiing outings to Prospect Reservoir.  Lynn could water ski too!

My final farewell was in August.  It was a good visit as she was feeling better than usual and we had such a nice conversation.  It's simply so sad that we had to loose such a wonderful soul.  I truly believe that if the world had more Lynn Irwin's we would have such a better place.  Rest in peace Lynn.

Lynn's 2007 FL visit allowed us to go out to the "infamous" Crab Island.  Lynn's soul was certainly shining!

Lynn visited us in FL in 2007.  We had such a wonderful time ... shrimp and margaritas as the sun was setting over Gulf of Mexico.

Lynn was forever positive in her long journey, always smiling. She was such a pleasure to care for, and I am forever grateful to have been a part of her life, thank you Lynn.

There is no doubt the world was a better place because of Lynn. She emboddied kindness, compassion, and a sincere goodness that was undeniably real.  Lynn was a wonderful person who made everyone she knew feel loved and cared for.  And, she did this effortlessly because she genuinely felt that love and care for everyone she met. I will forever remember this about her and will miss her so.

Lynn was a precious soul and my dear friend. Lynn could walk into a room and immediately bring ease and tranquility and change the dynamics of the room. It was a testament to her kind and gentle nature and infectious smile. Lynn had a love for knowledge and her capacity to inspire others to see the interconnectedness of our lives and the beauty of the universe, is a remarkable and enduring legacy she leaves behind. My thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to Lynn's family and all her loved ones. May you find comfort in the cherished memories of her, and may her serene spirit continue to inspire and guide you. Lynn's presence will be dearly missed. I love you, Lynn, rest in peace.

I met Lynn not long ago in our Sterling Ranch neighborhood. Very positive, sweet and kind heart. Very sad loss.

I had the privilege of working with Lynn for many years at Jeppesen. She was a dedicated colleague and extremely skilled at what she did. However, it was her infectious smile and genuine friendship I remember the most about her. She loved her family, friends, and colleagues and we all are better for knowing her. Lynn will always live on in my heart and the hearts of the people that loved her.  Her adventurous spirit, her kindness and big heart can never be forgotten and we miss her here with us.  Dulcie and I loved Lynn as part of our pack.  We feel her loss keenly. I am grateful for our taco Tuesdays and the walks and chats.  She was such a light in my life. I wish I had taken more photos to capture those moments to remind me of her, and the gift of her friendship.  

She had so much love of her family.  She spoke of you with love and I had the occasion to meet a few of you.  My heart breaks for your loss.  There are no words that can make the loss lighter for you and if I could do something to ease your pain I would.   I hope that knowing she was loved and that she matters is a small balm.
